We read everything. Corrections and first-hand reports about how a bank or card provider actually behaved are the most useful messages we receive, because that information is rarely published anywhere else.

We are an information site and cannot transact on your behalf. Where we mention a provider we link so you can verify its published authorisations yourself.

What is most useful to send

Factual corrections. If a fee, limit, availability statement or regulatory detail on this site does not match what a provider currently publishes, tell us, ideally with a link to the source. Terms in this category change without announcement and we would rather hear from a reader than leave something wrong.

Bank and issuer reports. Whether a particular bank permitted or declined a crypto purchase, and whether it was coded as a purchase or a cash advance, is information banks almost never publish. First-hand reports are how our issuer policy page stays useful.

Availability changes. If a card programme accepted or refused your country in a way that contradicts what we describe, that is worth knowing — application flows are the real test, not published country lists.

Questions about our method. If a score does not seem to match a review's content, ask. Our rating page sets out the criteria, and we are happy to explain how a particular judgement was reached.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover funds, contact a provider on your behalf, unlock an account, reverse a transaction or intervene in a dispute. We have no relationship with any card provider or exchange. If you have a problem with a provider, your escalation path is the licensed issuing entity named in your card terms and that entity's regulator — our custody and security guide explains how to identify both.

What we will never do

We will never ask for a card number, a CVV, a seed phrase, a private key, a password or a two-factor code. We will never ask you to send crypto anywhere. We do not operate accounts, wallets or trading services of any kind.

If you receive a message claiming to be from buy-crypto.cards that asks for any of those things, it is not from us. Do not reply to it, and please forward it to us so we are aware.

Press and business enquiries

Use the same address. We are happy to discuss our research method and to answer questions about how we source figures.

We do not publish sponsored content, guest posts, paid links or affiliate placements that influence our rankings, and we do not sell positions in comparison tables. Enquiries of that kind will not receive a reply, which saves everyone time.

Where to start on the site

If you are trying to buy crypto with a card, start with buying with a debit card or the fee comparison. If a payment failed, go to the decline guide. If you are choosing a card to spend crypto, start with your country's page and then the fee breakdown. And if you want to know how we reached a particular conclusion, our method is published in full.

Frequently asked questions

How do I report an error on the site?
Email contact@buy-crypto.cards with the page URL and the figure you believe is wrong, ideally with a link to the provider's current terms. We check corrections against primary sources and update the page.
Can you tell me which card to get?
No. We are not licensed advisers and we do not know your circumstances, residency or tax position. What we can do is point you at the guide covering your country and the fee comparison, which between them narrow the choice considerably.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. We do not publish sponsored content, guest posts or paid links, and placement in our comparison tables is not for sale.
Will you help me recover funds from a provider?
We cannot. We have no relationship with any provider and no ability to act on your behalf. Your escalation path is the licensed issuing entity named in your card terms and its regulator — our security guide explains how to identify both.
How quickly do you reply?
We read everything and reply to corrections and substantive questions as quickly as we can. We do not reply to promotional or link-building enquiries.
